TMZ reports that the actor was sleeping in his car at about 5 a.m. when the police approached the vehicle and made their arrest. He was booked and was released after posting his $5,000 bail.

Robert's attorney said:
"It was just a verbal argument. He didn't physically harm his wife."
Whatever. He just needs to chill. He has some serious anger issues.

Amy Poehler and Will Arnett are having a baby! I like both of them...Amy is a Saturday Night Live player and Will was on Arrested Development. Man. That was such a great show. One of my favorite shows ever. I was bummed when they pulled it.
Anyway, Amy is also in the hit movie (just released) called Baby Mama. It looks hilarious.
Hard Time
Scott Weiland was sentenced to 192 hours in jail for his second DUI arrest in November. The judge also ordered him to an 18-month booze program, a $2,000 fine and he will be put on 4-year summary probation.Such a shame. Scott has a very long history of drug abuse and alcohol related issues. It would be nice to see him finally get it together. He is amazingly talented and he is wasting so much.

Amy Winehouse could be facing charges and jail time.
Allegedly she had quite a night out on the town...
Reports are saying she headbutted some dude outside a bar in London. He was just trying to hail her a cab.
Also reported ....she punched a guy in the face over a game of pool.
This past week she was photographed smoking weed out on the street and stiffing a cab driver.
Honestly? I think she is going to die soon. I don't see how anyone can careen this far out of control and not end up dead.
