Kelly Osbourne has issues....

Here is Kelly Osbourne and her "fiance" Luke Worrall. They look silly dressed in matching androgynous outfits. Usually I find Kelly to be rather adorable and actually quite pretty, but that haircut is not doing her any justice.

These two have been dating for quite some time now. She is supposed to marry him. I think she is too young and judging by her body language, she really isn't that into him.
