That's Madonna in the red shirt. Mercy is holding Lourdes hand. I wonder what made Madonna choose this child over all the rest.... I thought all celebrity adopted children had to be beautiful? Maddox, Pax, Zahara.... Kind of like a requirement, right? Maybe she'll grow into beauty. After all if Madonna demands it, that will make it so.
