Recently Richie Sambora was popped for a DUI last month. He was driving, while intoxicated, with his 10 year old daughter in the car.
Apparently Sambora has just plea-bargained his DUI case and plead No Contest to driving drunk.

Amazingly enough Ritchie Sambora's DUI charge was dismissed and prosecutors did not file child endangerment charges.
WTF?
Apparently, the cops and prosecutors felt that the evidence they had didn't support the child endangerment charge.
When Sambora was pulled over, he had a blood alcohol level of .13, way over the legal limit of .08. How do they "dismiss" that?!

Ritchie will be placed on informal probation for three years and will only be required to pay a $390 fine, plus penalties. The total will come out to be less than $2,000. He will also need to attend an alcohol education course.
I'd call him one lucky fucker, right?
