Arrested!

Amy Winehouse has been arrested. Again.

Apparently for the crack smoking video that surfaced earlier this year.

Remember that video of Kate Moss allegedly snorting coke? Well, she got off scot free because the substance that she was inhaling could not be proven to be drugs... maybe Wino will get the same kind of lucky?
